This website is operated by Art of Publishing Ltd ("Art of Publishing", "we", "our" or "us").
By placing an order through this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. As many of our editions are handmade or produced in limited numbers, slight variations may occur and form part of the character of the work.
Availability is subject to change without notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
Prices may change without prior notice but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes applicable in their own country.
4. Orders
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming receipt.
Acceptance of an order takes place only when we dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where products become unavailable or pricing errors occur.
5. Payment
Payment is taken securely at the time of ordering using our authorised payment providers.
We do not store payment card details.
6. Shipping
Orders are normally dispatched within the times stated on the relevant product page.
As an independent publisher, there may occasionally be short delays to dispatch due to exhibitions, production schedules or travel commitments. Where this occurs, we will dispatch your order as soon as possible and keep you informed if any significant delay is expected.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.
International deliveries may be delayed by customs clearance or local postal services.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Limited Editions
Where applicable, edition numbers are allocated during production and cannot usually be requested or reserved unless expressly agreed.
Limited editions remain available only while stocks last.
8. Pre-orders
Some products may be offered for pre-order.
Estimated publication or delivery dates are provided in good faith but may change due to production schedules.
We will keep customers informed of any significant delays.
9. Returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel most standard purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where possible, please include photographs of the item and its packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
11. Intellectual Property
All text, photographs, artwork, designs and content on this website remain the property of Art of Publishing or the relevant artists and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products supplied except where otherwise required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
